Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality of our fresh flowers and arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a 24-48 hour notification window - you must contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues.

Reporting Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24-48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Contact us at flowers@terrafolia.ca so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligible Issues

  • Defective or damaged flowers/arrangements
  • Wrong item received
  • Quality concerns with fresh products

Requirements When reporting an issue, please provide:

  • Your order number or receipt
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)
  • Description of the problem

Non-Returnable Items Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept physical returns of:

  • Fresh cut flowers and arrangements
  • Plants
  • Custom or personalized arrangements
  • Sale items or gift cards

Resolution Process If your issue is reported within the 24-48 hour window and approved, we will provide either:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Replacement arrangement
  • Store credit

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
