Delivery area and fee: We deliver across Montreal, Laval, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Pointe-Claire, Pierrefonds, Kirkland, Beaconsfield, Dorval, and nearby communities. Fees are based on the recipient’s address and shown at checkout (generally $16.95).
Our own drivers: Delivered by the Terrafolia team, arranged in water or in specialized wrapping good for 24 hours. Never shipped dry in a box.
Timing: Exact delivery times can’t be guaranteed. Add delivery notes at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Recipient not home: Our driver will try to reach them. Depending on the address and conditions, we may leave the flowers with a neighbour, in a protected location, or arrange another attempt.
