Flower Delivery

As your Montreal florist for more than 30 yrs, we guarantee flower delivery anywhere on the Island of Montreal & Surrounding Areas, Quebec, Canada, the U.S. and worldwide. We deliver flowers 7 days a week (Sunday only funeral/sympathy orders), and can also deliver the same day if ordered by 12pm. Deliveries are made in the most reliable way, using our own Terrafolia trucks or our network members.

Same-Day Delivery

Terrafolia offers a same-day guarantee on floral orders placed before 12pm (noon) in the recipient's time zone; we can actually try our best even to deliver same-day for orders placed before 2pm in the recipient's time zone (Monday through Saturday).

For International deliveries (Overseas) please allow 2 days prior to requested delivery date to compensate for time delays.

 

 

Delivery Date Requests

When placing your order, please be sure to identify the date you wish your gift to be delivered.

Monday through Saturday: Orders placed before 12pm (noon) in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that same day. Orders placed after this time in the recipient's time zone can be delivered on the next day.

Sunday Delivery: Delivery on Sunday is available in most areas for funeral and sympathy orders only.

 

 

Special Time Requests

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time during the day; however you may request A.M. deliveries (9am to 1pm) or P.M. deliveries (1pm to 6pm). In some cases, the recipient may be called to ensure delivery on the date/time requested.

 

 

Recipient Not Home

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your flowers, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home we will either:

  • Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
  • Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact us to schedule a delivery time
  • Leave the flowers with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information
  • In very rare cases only, leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)

Delivery charges are based on destination, please be sure to provide an accurate postal/zip code when completing your order.

Montreal, Surrounding Areas & Quebec: $9.95 to $18.50 
Canada & United States: $18.50 
International/Overseas: $33

Please note: We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us. If such a delivery is made, we will redeliver to the correct address, and charge the additional delivery rate.

 

 

Delivery Address Requirements

When sending flowers the location of the delivery is very important in deciding what to send and also information required. Below is a list of destination types with things to consider for each:

We always need the following information: Complete name (first & family name), address, city, postal code and telephone number.

Residences/Home: All information required above and if applicable, any apartment numbers or buzzer codes. In some cases we may need to call before delivering to confirm that someone will be there to receive the gift.

Business Addresses: All information required above and the company name and if applicable any suite number, department, or floor. These orders are always delivered before 5pm. It is not recommended to send wrapped bouquets to such addresses, choose an item in a vase or container.

Hospitals: All information required above and the complete hospital name, room number, pavilion, wing or floor available. Hospitals do not accept flower delivery to ICU or other special care units. Please wait for the patient to be assigned a room before sending flowers. Orders for wrapped bouquets are not acceptable for delivery to hospitals, please choose something in a vase or container.

Funeral Homes: In these cases we require the name of the deceased in order to identify the service at the funeral home. In most cases we will contact the funeral home to confirm correct visitation and/or service dates/times. Funeral deliveries are always treated with priority. Please only choose items from our sympathy & funeral section.

Schools: Please note that deliveries to students are not allowed. Deliveries to staff are permitted, be sure to specify in the delivery instructions at what hour the school closes (i.e. deliver before 3pm).

 

 

Holiday Deliveries

Holidays are busy times at Terrafolia, it's important to place your order early. We cannot accept timed deliveries during the following holidays: Valentine's DayMother's DayDecember 23rd & 24th.

We do not deliver on the following holidays:

New Years Day
Victoria Day (last Monday before May 25th)
St-Jean-Baptiste (June 24th)
Canada Day (July 1st)
Labor Day (first Monday in September)
Canadian Thanksgiving (second Monday in October)
Christmas Day

 

 

Delivery Inquiries/Confirmations

Normally confirmation of delivery will be the recipient calling to thank the sender, however this is not always possible.
